Essential Reiki.

Essential Reiki by Diane Stein. is a good introductory book on Essential Reiki and we can thank her for giving us a look at the symbols openly.

I find her introduction and the history that she gives to healing in the Christian community lacking in real research. At first I was a bit offended but I realized that the pagan Wiccan community and the Church community have seen themselves on opposite sides of the fence.

Perhaps this is why she doesn't say anything about how often healing miracles have happened through the centuries. I was part of a faith healing community as I grew up into my teenage and early adulthood. I was baptized with the Holy Spirit at the age of 14 and have been speaking in my prayer language ever since. Many people have been healed through the process they call laying on of hands. The intent is the same, the power is the same, what is not the same is the manner in which it is delivered.

Essential Reiki energy just flows. It doesn't require begging for forgiveness and hoping that God hears you. Essential Reiki energy only requires that there is willingness to receive. I do think that God really does feel that we only have to receive and all the begging is a waste of time because He has already forgiven us. Whatever the blockages are that caused the illness in the first place are up to us to let go of and forgive ourselves for.

I think that the Christian community needs to quit resacrificing Jesus and just accept that the price has already been paid and move on into the deeper relationship filled with love and freedom. We can live within the Love and Joy that we were designed to live in and when we live in the confidence of the Love of God we live healthy. Essential Reiki is just the healing energy of God without all the expectations and requirements that man boxed God in with. We did it to ourselves, it's not God's fault.

I thank Diane Stein for this startling revelation and I do hope it opens up more communication between those who call The Creator Goddess and those who call it God. I don't think It really cares what we call it just so long as we learn what love is and how to learn to love each other.

I know we have real differences of opinion but I do believe that we have much more in common than we all realize just because of the different labels we have placed on our more spiritual experiences while being human. It is a real shame that so many years in which we all could have grown together and learned from each other have been lost already but it means that our future will be even brighter for the opportunity to learn and share and grow with each other now.

The biggest lesson is to never assume that just because someone else’s experience has different labels than mine does doesn't invalidate either experience it should do the opposite, build up and reinforce our shared experiences. I am humbled by my Reiki experience. When others receive the healing energy they need and they get well, God always gets the credit, no matter what religion, faith, or imagination helped it happen and that's all He really wants. He wants us to know He really does love us and all the help we need is really right there for the receiving of it. Feel worthy because you really are and to me Essential Reiki is the proof that all of us ever needed.
